Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By engaging ProFlow Plumbing for any services, you agree to these terms. All plumbing work is performed by licensed Ontario plumbers in accordance with the Ontario Building Code and applicable municipal regulations.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quoted prices include labour and materials unless otherwise stated. Additional work discovered during a job will be communicated and approved by the homeowner before proceeding.

Warranty

ProFlow Plumbing stands behind our work:

  • Labour warranty: 1 year on all standard plumbing repairs and installations
  • Parts warranty: Manufacturer warranty applies to all parts and fixtures we install
  • Satisfaction guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with our work, we’ll return to make it right at no additional charge

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, cheque, credit cards, and e-Transfer. For larger projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before work begins.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service call fee. Emergency service calls are non-cancellable once a plumber has been dispatched.

Liability

ProFlow Plumbing carries $5,000,000 in general liability insurance and full WSIB coverage for all employees. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors outside our control.

Access and Property

The homeowner is responsible for providing clear access to the work area. Our plumbers will take care to protect your property during service, including using drop cloths and shoe covers. Any existing damage or conditions will be documented before work begins.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
