Our emergency service call rate applies 24/7 — we don't add surcharges for nights, weekends, or holidays. The rate includes the first hour of labour, and we'll provide a clear quote before any additional work begins.
What should I do while waiting for the plumber?
For burst pipes or leaks, locate and turn off the main water shut-off valve (usually near the water meter). For gas leaks, leave the house immediately, don't use electrical switches, and call from outside. For sewer backups, stop using all water fixtures. Our dispatcher will guide you through these steps on the phone.
Will you help with my insurance claim?
